Reservations
Unlike hotels that overbook to compensate for no-shows, we have limited availability of rooms and we guarantee your accommodations when you reserve with us, meaning we turn away other guests once we have your reservation. That means that you as our guest also guarantee payment, subject to our cancellation policy (below).
- Reservations required.
- Credit card (MC/Visa) payment in full at time of reservation.
- Two-night minimum may be required on weekends, holidays and
special events.
- A cancellation must be received and acknowledged by the innkeeper.
- Cancellations at least 14 days prior to arrival will be refunded
less $25 re-booking fee.
- Cancellations inside 14 days of arrival are refunded only if
we are able to re-book your room.
- Early departures are included in our cancellation policy.
- If reserving all five guest rooms for one or more nights, any
cancellation once reserved may be subject to a fee of 50% of the
total reservation as we are unable to recover or make up lost
reservations.
Rates (including full breakfast)
- Summer rates apply from May (Memorial Weekend) 1 to November 30 and for special events.
- Seasonal rates range from $85 to $120 depending on the room.
- Special packages are available throughout the year (see ‘Specials’).
- Rates based on double occupancy; each additional person in rooms that can accommodate them is $20 per night.
- Local and state sales tax (total of 11%) not included in the room rates.
- Rates subject to change without notice.
Arrival and Stay
- Check-in is between 3:30pm and 6:00pm. Arrivals after 6:00pm are gladly accommodated – just let us know in advance.
- Check-out time is 11:00am
- For consideration of all guests, we have an 11:00pm-7:00am quiet time
- Breakfast is family buffet style at 8:30am each morning in our large dining room
Fine Print
- Sorry, we are unable to accept pets
- Well-behaved children with their families are welcome. Consideration for other guests is a must.
